Terms of Service

Online and photo estimates are preliminary. Final pricing may change after physical inspection if size, material or condition differs, additional treatment is required, information was incomplete or you request other services.

Cleaning results vary by material, stain type, age, condition, prior cleaning attempts and depth of contamination. We cannot guarantee complete stain or odor removal, restoration of permanent discoloration or repair of damaged materials.

An appointment is not confirmed until we explicitly confirm it. Photos sent through WhatsApp are for estimate purposes unless you separately permit marketing use.
